Orders are not binding until payment as been accepted and verified.
Shipping Information
Shipping and handling charges apply to all orders, unless otherwise specified.
We do not ship on major US holidays.
All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping on most items is 2-4 business days UPS or USPS or any other carrier of our choice. Shipping on complete swing sets is approx 2-3 week's freight. Shipping on slides or some of our larger items takes approx 10 business days and may be shipped freight.
Shipping times may vary during our busy season.
Items shipped freight is delivered curbside only. The freight company will call to set up delivery so please include a phone number with your order. Someone must be home to help unload the item(s) from the freight truck and inspect item(s) for any damage. If the item comes to you damaged please note to the freight carrier before they leave. If your item is missing pieces please contact us and we will send out a replacement. We may require photos to help prove any damage or missing items.
We do not ship our larger items and our complete sets internationally. We do ship our smaller items within the US and internationally. Some items may require a shipping quote, if so please email or call us. We do ship to APO/FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes. Shipping times for anyone outside the lower 48 states will be longer then 2-4 business days. Please email or call for an estimated shipping time.
Return Policy
If you are unhappy for any reason, we will provide a full refund of your purchase price minus the cost of shipping as long as the item is in new unused condition. It will be your responsibility to ship it back to us at your expense within 30 days of receiving your package. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) Please email us prior to returning your item so we have the opportunity to correct the problem. Because of freight costs any items shipped freight will be final sale.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
You can also contact us to obtain a return authorization within 30 days of delivery. You can request one by contacting us at customerservice@swingsetstuff.com
