Q. What is the recommend spacing between swing hangers and each swing accessory?

 A. The spacing should be 20” between each swing hanger and each accessory.


Q. What colors are available for the items you have listed?

A. The color options for each item will be in the listings.


Q. What is the age recommendation for the Full Bucket seat?

 A. 18months and up


Q. What is the manufacturer recommended weight on the residential belt seats, daisy disc seat, roped glider, full bucket seats, half bucket seats and trapeze rings?

 A. This manufacturer uses a general weight category for these particular items of 105 pounds. This does not apply to all our items as we sell several items from many different manufacturers. All our products are for children only.


Q. What are the weight recommendations on your commercial Items?

A. 125 pounds children only


Q. What are the manufacturer recommend weight ratings on your slides?

 A. We sell several slides from different manufacturers. Each manufacturer rates their slides differently. Please see the listing or contact us for the weight rating for a particular slide.


Q. Do you sell replacement sections for your spiral slides?

 A. Sorry we are not able to get replacement sections for this slide.


Q. Do you sell replacement sections for the Typhoon slide?

A. Sorry we are not able to get replacement sections for this slide.


Q. Do you have the typhoon slide in a deck height taller than 7ft?

 A. Sorry this slide is only available in a 7ft deck height.


Q. Can I get instructions for the typhoon slide or the spiral slide?

A. Yes- these instructions are only available by email Please contact us with an email address and we would be happy to send them over.


Q. How long will it take to receive my item?

 A. Stocked Items shipped within the lower 48 states will ship UPS and will arrive in 1-5 business days. 


Q. How long will it take to receive a swing set?

 A. 2 weeks


Q. Why is it less to ship your slides to a business then to a residence?

 A. Freight companies charge a residential fee that can range from $60 to $70. If you have the option to ship to a business it will be less than going to a residence.


Q. Do you offer local pick up?

 A. We do offer local pickup on in stock items. Please contact us and if we have the item in stock you can make arrangements for pickup. We do not stock swing sets or slides.


Q. The item I received is not the correct order or is damaged, what should I do?

 A. Contact us right away and we will make sure we correct the problem. If the item is damaged it will help us to have a photo.


Q. How do I figure out how much sq ft I need for a custom tarp?

 A. If your measurement is in inches you would multiply the length x width then divide that number by 144. This will give the square footage. You would then purchase that quantity from the listing. 


Q. When purchasing a custom tarp where do I list my measurements, grommet placement and color choice?

 A. You can add a note to your payment or you can also send us an email.


 Q. How long will it take to receive a custom tarp?

 A. 14 business days


Q. Can I get a sample of the custom tarp material?

 A. Yes we offer a free sample of the tarp material. Please contact us with your address and we will send you sample out.


Q. What is your return policy?

 A. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will provide a full refund of your purchase price minus the cost of shipping.  It will be your responsibility to ship it back to us at your expense within 30 days of receiving your package.  Please email us prior to returning the item so we have the opportunity to correct the problem.
